I’m from the GTA — can you manage the build while I’m away?
Absolutely. Many of our clients are GTA-based. We provide weekly progress updates, video walk-throughs, and are always available by phone. John DeCarli personally picks up the phone — you’ll never be left wondering about the status of your build.
Do I need to have plans before contacting you?
Not at all. Many clients come to us with just an idea. We can help you develop your concept, connect you with architects and designers, and guide you through the entire planning process from the very beginning.
How long does a custom home build typically take?
Build timelines vary depending on the size and complexity of the home, permitting, and seasonal factors. We provide a realistic construction schedule upfront and commit to it. We’d rather you be pleasantly surprised by an early completion than frustrated by delays.
What is Tarion and why does it matter?
Tarion is Ontario’s new home warranty program. As a Tarion-registered builder (Reg. #36161), your new home is protected by Ontario’s statutory warranty — covering workmanship, materials, and structural defects. DeCarli has maintained a spotless zero-warranty-claim record since 2003.
